Fatherhood is a high calling wherein the father is chosen to anchor the family, order the family and present to God holy offspring.
The father should be an example of prayer, discipline, holy living and unconditional, sacrificial love.
The father should train and develop his family after him and the pattern seen in him should come from Christ.
